How to Reach JNV, Mahabubngar:

      Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Vattem is located at the foot hills of Vattem Venkateshwara Swamy Deavasthanam, Vattem. It is the distance of 108 K.M from Hyderabad, the state capital. It is located in between Bijnepally mandal and 25KM from Jadcherla. To & Fro buses of Hyderabad to Wanaparthy, Kollapur and Nagarkunool available on plat no. 30,32 & 33 of Mahatma Gandhi bus station,  Hyderabad ply through this route i.e, Vattem Village.

       To reach the vidyalaya, get down at Vattem village from where the vidyalaya is located at distance 3.3 KM in the interior place at the foot hills of Vattem Venkateshwara Swamy Deavasthanam. Autos are available on hired basis at a maximum fair of Rs.60-00 will be charged from Vattem village to reach the vidyalaya.

Train Route:

a) Any express train/passenger train bound for Kurnool from Secunderabad /kacheguda railway station have halt at Jadcherla railway station. The trains coming from Bangalore via Kurnool will also have halt at Jadcherla

b) From Jadcherla buses plying towards Nagar Kurnool, Kollapur, Wanaparthy have halts at vattem village.
